Guduchi is one amongst the most flexible restoring bushes, most profoundly esteemed also called 'Giloya'. This is normal herb utilized as a part of Ayurvedic medication. The scientific name of Giloy is Tinospora cordifolia and its family is Menispermaceae. It is one of the best Rasayana considered and is surprising in its strong flexibility. This paper introduces a basic audit on natural properties of Tinospora cordifolia. It have the biomedical properties like antidiabetic, anthelmenthic, antipyretic, mitigating, cerebrum tonic, sexual enhancer, hepatoprotective, blood purifier, immunomodulatory or immunostimulatory, discernment, antituberculosis, antitumor, antihyperglycemia, calming, cell reinforcement, antineoplastic, antihyperlipidemia, antiallergic, antiangiogenic, gastrointestinal and hepatoprotection, antiosteoporotic, antimalarial, antiarthritic, antistress, and further more helps in aversion of reactions of the tumor chemotherapy.
